This hotel was truly fantastic. The room was wonderful, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. The entire property was impeccably clean, and the location offered a stunning, breathtaking view. We loved the pool bars and restaurants, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. As an added bonus, they even upgraded our room to a suite at no extra cost. The only things to note are that it's about a 30-minute drive from the city center, and the road to get to the hotel can be a bit challenging, especially at night. Despite that, I would absolutely return to this hotel!

My partner and I just spent a week here and we could not be happier with our stay. After seeing some of the reviews we had some reservations but our room was really quiet - we had a junior suite which is not in the main building with the restaurants / bars / entertainment - and the staff were so friendly. The resort is walkable if you are able bodied, during the hottest part of the day this was difficult but otherwise we found it okay. The golf buggies are available to drive you round but there is sometimes a wait for one so factor that in if you are needing to use them. The food was fantastic in the buffet and we were able to easily book our 3 restaurant meals through customer services (not the app as I found it wasn’t showing the availability). There are also free workshops or exercise classes you can book into via the app that are a fantastic offering, we did the natural skincare workshop and made a body scrub and skin mask! The location is stunning and the facilities are fantastic. Sometimes it was difficult to find a sunbed by the main pool/bar but the staff are good at monitoring people reserving beds with towels. Service at the bars was never slow, I don’t think we waited more than 2 minutes in a queue and who would mind that wait when the scenery is so stunning. Now, why not a 5 star review? Despite water being unlimited, it was always bottled water. I was so conscious of the plastic waste, I wish there was a filtered water fountain as we both brought our own water bottles. All the coffee machines were using dairy milk, you could get a coffee with oat milk but the it wasn’t frothed. The iced coffees were amazing but would have like the option of a frothy coffee with a dairy alternative milk. The beach bar didn’t have oat milk for iced coffees, such a small thing but we loved being by the beach. All in all, we would definitely come back and recommend this to anyone!

Just got back from a 7 nights all-inclusive stay. The hotel was absolutely stunning with its location overlooking the ocean/ beach, however the service we received has not quite made it to the 5 star hotel standard, it felt more like a 3/4 star hotel instead. We arrived late at night and were warmly greeted, had zero run-down of how things would work or anything. Luckily, I did read on Google review beforehand and kinda knew I had to secure the bookings for the a la carte restaurant early (it really does go, so I suggest you to book early via app). Thereafter the second day we approach the reception to ask about some basic questions, the girl seemed annoyed we were even asking questions, when I asked about the shuttle to the town - she simply told me you just had to turn up a bit earlier and pay in cash. There’s two shuttles running, 10am - 3pm or 4pm - 9pm (€18 for a return trip). The very next day we arrived at the reception promptly at 9:40am hoping to pay for a shuttle for a trip to town, we were greeted by the rudest receptionist Irene who said our shuttle is full is only a 14 seater, you had to book, in a manner of duh didn’t you know better than just to rock up. I enquire further as I was informed just yesterday we simply had to turned up which I already found strange. During this whole enquiry, Irene offer no apology - a simply I guess I can book you in for the afternoon shuttle if you have to but we only have a few seats left. I felt so frustrated by her manner and well our plan to visit the town fell apart - honestly I wasn’t seeking compensation or anything, but a rather sincere apology and even a pretend I will train our staff better could you let me know what time you visited the reception. I ended up booking the shuttle for the next day, while she looks visibly annoyed. We were traumatised by the reception staff, I had even asked for a firmer pillow during our first visit but no one provided one nor did I ever want to go back to the reception to receive another oh so great service. Honestly the reason the service aspect has not gotten a 1 star is simply because other staff have made our stay a lot better. The bar staff in all the bars are extremely attentive and nice. The staff at the restaurants and the buffets were great, although still need more training - a bit disorganised once more people have arrived, missing table’s drinks/ snacks here and there. The guest service who helped us booked a day/ cruise trip was extremely nice and helpful, informing us the different options - which led to a great day out in Paxos and Antipaxos! The spa staff was also extremely nice and took us on a tour, as well as introducing the treatments they offer. Last but not least, the staff who drives around the buggy are super friendly, warm and funny. Food: I would say the buffet was decent enough for breakfast and lunch, dinner was a bit marginal - we opted to head out for dinner instead, unless it was at one of the a la carte restaurant which was delicious. The all-inclusive drinks were extensive, my favourite must’ve been the Gusto Di Corfu. Location: it is about 30 minutes drive from the airport, so I did book airport transport via trip.com which cost about £40, reliable and easy, did the same on our way back. We didn’t use any of the transfer or taxi service, as noted by the guest service staff would be extremely pricey. Other: - Most of the sun beds do get taken up at around 8 ish in the morning, but every now and then there are some freeing up. There are also sun beds by the beach but again I guess most will get taken by 10/11am. - There is no private beach, it is simply a beach closer/ hidden away by a rock. - I do believe we would’ve received a better start/ introduction if we arrived earlier in the day. However, a lot of guests do arrive late at night, perhaps the hotel needs to consider alternative way to give a intro. It would also be great to incorporate a map to the app.
