We had a wonderful one-night stay at the Elliot Hotel! We arrived early at 6 AM and were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff, who kindly accommodated us right away. It was our first time visiting Minneapolis, and they made sure we had everything we needed for a great experience. The room was beautiful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable — one of the best we’ve slept on! Overall, our stay was a 10/10. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the city!

Lobby was cozy with a fireplace going (in June?) front desk staff was professional and helpful. The room was very comfortable. The mattress was perfect and the sheets were soft. The water in the shower gets nice and super hot, but the water pressure left a bit to be desired. The TV was an older model and did not offer Netflix. The couch in the suite was very nice and even the window bench was unexpectedly super comfortable. The restaurant downstairs served good food beautiful tea service and the staff was friendly. However they were extremely understaffed so service was slow and mistakes were made. They handled it best they could given circumstances. The hotel honored platinum breakfast benefits and upgraded our room when an upgrade became available during our stay.

Very nice beds and pillows. Room is lacking a microwave. Also the mini fridge is filled with mini bar items that are VERY expensive and you have to remove from the fridge to have any usable space. The fridge is very warm with no way to adjust the temp. It takes probably 12 hours to get a bottle of water cold and is therefore iffy in keeping leftover food safe to eat. Shower water pressure is very low in the mornings when lots of folks are using the shower and not much better later in the day. Parking is iffy with valet parking at $48/day necessary to keep your car safe. Front desk was friendly and helpful.
