Very good hotel. Against the backdrop of the city there is an oasis of civilization. The rooms are not large, but everything is new and clean. The staff is friendly. Guests receive one free access to the pool and fitness room. There is a billiard room and a restaurant.
Из хорошего: Wi-Fi, просторный номер, электросушка в душевой. Тапки есть хорошие, халат. Из плохого: завтрак сильно ограничен. Вместо 3х обещанных сосисок принесли 2. Внешний вид их тоже уважения не вызвал. В столовой разгуливал местный житель - упитанный таракан. Рабочего стола нет. В номере стоит некий генератор воды. Он постоянно издаёт адские резкие звуки. Ночью спать сложно. Утром легко разбудить соседа (генератор включается когда сам включаешь воду и когда кто-то другой в другом номере включает). Душевая не герметичная, после душа половина ванной в воде. В общем, на один раз.
We visited the hotel on 02/10/2022. The staff is good, responsive and understanding, but the director’s attitude towards visitors is poor. In the hotel room they provide torn towels, bathrobes of the same size, they didn’t even fit me. We went into the spa complex, the hammam was cold, the pool was dirty, there were chips of tiles at the bottom that I even cut my toe, we went to wash, cold water was pouring, in the end we didn’t wash, not in the spa, not in the hotel.
