Elounda Garden Suites Heated Pool

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. A special shout-out to John, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He was friendly, professional, and always smiling. The food was delicious — every meal felt like it came from a five-star restaurant. The cocktails at the bar were also fantastic, especially when enjoyed by the beautiful pool, which was always clean and relaxing. Speaking of cleanliness, the entire hotel was spotless, from the rooms to the common areas. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect vacation. I recently stayed at Elounda Garden Suites and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the pool area—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Whether lounging by the pool or taking a refreshing swim, it added a luxurious touch to the stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always friendly and professional. The location is ideal, close to shops, restaurants, and key attractions. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast and thoughtful amenities throughout the property. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Mixed review, warm welcome and all the staff super friendly and helpful. Location ok small amount or parking outside but free parking all around, maybe 3 min walk to shops and restaurants. Room we booked a family room, photos and description wasn’t what we had! But just about big enough and ok for family of 4. Hotel it’s self as said all staff super friendly, but again online photos are lovely but don’t show some detail, area ok and clean, pool salt water [heavy] frankly not nice and large chunks of the walls peeling off! Pool area appears to have been re done and look lovely maybe plans in place to redo pool?hope so but fully understand costly job. Area it’s self, not bad maybe trip adviser or the web info slight stretch, people are lovely, port is ok, food is ok some nice restaurants and some not so.. Might need a car and get out and Abbott to see better beaches.
