Fantastic experience in many ways. We had a two-bedroom suite with a view of the garden/pool. Great room and facilities. We had a small issue one night with creepy crawlies, and I reported it the next morning. They came immediately and sprayed, and when we returned, a lovely gesture of Wine and Chocolates awaited us. They were responsive at every level. The pool scene was perfect. No fighting for lounges, and generally quiet and never crowded. Glad we had a car as the location is a bit away, but if we wanted to stay, there is a local mini market, and the restaurant on site. All in all, an excellent experience. We booked directly as they offered the voucher in case of cancellation. We'll be back.
Exceptional stay – highly recommend! We had an amazing time at Elysia Park! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The pools were a highlight — large, super clean, and never too crowded, perfect for both relaxing and swimming. The location is great — close to shops, restaurants, and just a short drive to the beach and old town. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the room service was prompt and convenient. Overall, everything was perfect — from the cleanliness and service to the facilities and location. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paphos!
Review – Elysia Park (Visited on 27.07) We visited Elysia Park on 27.07, and unfortunately, the welcoming service wasn’t the best. We had to wait around 10 minutes at reception before anyone assisted us. After that, we were informed that one of the two pools was under maintenance, with no clear indication of when it would reopen. We then went to our room, which was nice and included all the expected features. Later, we tried to go to the hotel pool, but it was overcrowded, and there were no available seats left for us, so we gave up on the idea. We tried to go to the spa but guess what? The jacuzzi and the pool is closed aswell so another idea went for west.. Every day from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, there were loud construction noises due to pool maintenance, making it impossible to sleep in or relax during the day. There is no dining room but a restaurant in the hotel, so you either have to eat out or cook for yourself. Overall, the place doesn’t feel like a hotel—it feels more like renting a small apartment. Personally, I didn’t like the way this place is structured. It might be suitable for young families with kids who can cook or don’t mind paying extra to eat out, but for couples without kids, it’s not ideal. I would give this hotel a maximum of 2 out of 5 stars, and I don’t recommend it for young couples.
