The biggest advantage of the hotel is its staff. They are all very kind, attentive, and helpful. Apart from that, there were some minor issues with cleanliness. But overall, it’s a nice hotel. In terms of price-performance, it’s really, really good.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was spotless, well-designed, and very comfortable. Every detail, from the amenities to the atmosphere, reflected a high standard of hospitality. I truly appreciated the peaceful environment and the great location. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience, also the hairdressers in the hotel were professional, attentive, and clearly very skilled at their craft. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in, and they really took the time to understand what I wanted. The result was better than I expected—stylish, fresh, and exactly what I needed. I left feeling confident, ask for Hassan he is the best, Highly recommended!
The hotel has two towers, and I couldn't tell the difference between them. We were given two rooms in the tower opposite the lobby, but they were extremely outdated. The sofas had numerous stains, the light switches in both rooms were malfunctioning, and the card readers for the doors were old and also not working properly. The towels provided were worn out and stained. The cleanliness of the rooms was subpar. After checking in, we found dirty earbuds from previous guests on the bathroom floor. The tea cups were always dirty, and the cup liners were never replaced, with red stains from previous occupants. We arrived at midnight and were given a room in the BASEMENT. I cannot understand how a 5-star hotel would place guests in a basement. We were promised a move to a better room the next day, but when I called in the morning, I was told that nothing was available. This experience was very misleading and unprofessional. when we visited the spa area, there was no one at the reception. Good luck finding towels. You would be better off staying at a 3-star hotel rather than overpaying for this one. We noticed a hotel called Divan nearby, which I would consider a better option
