I am from Saudi Arabia and have crossed many European countries! this hotel is one of great hotels I have ever seen so far and it’s very clean , the breakfast is excellent and the staff were very friendly thanks to and Iris and Sarah 🌹 differently coming back :)

Super Friendly staff, the room is great. The environment is amazing. Breakfast does not have so many choice, but due to Covid, it is acceptable. If I will go to the same place, I will choose it again!

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. When we arrived, there was no one at the reception, just an envelope with our room cards left by the door. After checking in, my daughter got injured because there was broken glass all over the floor in our room. On top of that, my son’s room had spiders and glass as well. When we informed the management about this, they did not seem concerned. The next morning, we informed the receptionist that we were five people for breakfast, and she seated us at a table for five. However, during checkout, we were told we had “extra people” for breakfast and were charged an additional €270, which is absolutely unreasonable for three extra breakfasts. When we tried to understand the charges, the receptionist became rude and even aggressively asked us to leave. Also, the bathroom and shower are completely see through, windows in the houses across can see everything. Overall, terrible experience—unsafe conditions, poor service, and completely unjustified charges. I do not recommend this hotel. ***since I can’t reply on the Google review I will edit this one here: I’m afraid your response does not accurately reflect what actually occurred during our stay. After we talked with you, we contacted Trip.com to clarify the booking details, and they confirmed that the reservation was not intended for one person per room. In fact, they acknowledged the error on their end and offered compensation, something your hotel failed to even consider. Regarding the issue with the glass, we clearly stated that the shard appeared to be from a beer bottle, and that there were additional pieces scattered on the carpeted floor. We also advised your team to use a flashlight when inspecting the room to ensure all shards were found, for safety reasons. To suggest otherwise is disappointing and frankly dismissive of our concerns. Additionally, we were only informed of the extra charges after breakfast and just before checkout, not in advance. This lack of transparency was both unexpected and unprofessional. Your mention of legal action is noted, though entirely unfounded. As a lawyer, I can confidently say there’s no merit to any claim you suggest. Especially since you mentioned you’ll claim the amount through trip.com and get us “banned”. That said, I hope you’ll reflect on how this situation was handled and consider offering future guests more clarity and care. I’ve been to over 1000 hotels worldwide and never had such a horrendous experience.
