Great amenities, very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed for 6 nights and it was the quietest hotel stay I've ever had. Close to shopping and tourist attractions as well as the beach. Only 10 minutes to Camp Foster. Hands down one of my favorite stays in a hotel
Love this hotel. The room was very tidy and we enjoyed the public bath. The breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is also very nearby Aeonmall so it's very convenient to buy things.
I would have given the room 5 stars (I booked the more expensive Nagomi room), if it wasn’t ant infested. And I’m not talking about a few stray ants crawling around but a trail of them repeatedly coming back night after night despite me using my repellent and lemon essential oil on the trail. I think it’s cos the hotel is old - used to be a Sheraton until the financial crisis in the 90s forced the government to buy back the properties and converted it to an EM facility. Otherwise the service was impeccable. And the food was delish. Location was on top of a hill, in a higher end residential area. So it was quiet.
