Embassy Suites by Hilton Bogota Rosales

Really enjoyed myself at the Embassy Suites. Quiet and clean. The included breakfast was impressive! The gym was clean and fully functional. Nothing wrong with the room. Functional and clean. The multiple light switches confused me a little for the first two days. Digital key was not available.

Excellent hotel all the way around. Rooms were clean upon arrival, cleaned well daily, nicely stocked with snacks and drinks, concerige was extremely friendly, great price, and lastly a safe location. Highly recommended.

I have stayed at Hilton hotels, and Embassy Suites in particular, on three continents since I first started traveling for work in 2000. This Embassy Suites in Bogota, Colombia is the absolute best of any hotel experience I have ever had, anywhere. I have not stayed at all the hotels in the world so I can't compare to all the hotels in the world. My wife is an artist in the music industry and our week-long schedule was incredibly busy. The food, the room, the service, the attention to detail was beyond expectation. There was a safe in the room, the noise from the street at night was not nearly as bad as some of the hotels we've stayed in that were closer to nightclubs. Most of the staff that interacts with customers speak some level of English. I do not know more languages other than Spanish. The costs were a little higher than typical in Bogota, but so well worth the high level of service, food and drink provided. Finally, the buffet AND made to order breakfast, and the manager's reception with open bar and amazing happy hour style buffet included with the restaurant pushed this rating over the top. I can not think of any reason to stay anywhere else in Bogota the next time I am there. Thanks to all the staff I met and got to know a little bit about.
