Excellent Location and stay. Close to the flatiron Trails and the shopping districts of Pearl Street. there are several areas to eat within 5 minutes walking. They have a wonderful happy hour with free drinks for hotel guest and lite bites. From 5 to 630 pm.

The common area's of the hotel are spotless and beautiful, the room left a lot to be desired. While the room was spacious, the art work above the couch of woman in her nightgown in the snow was disturbing along with a slanting lamp. Not to mention many light simply did not work even after toggling the switches. Only two worked in the whole room. The mattress is in need of replacement and the sinks don't drain in the bathroom easily. The breakfast was delicious as per usual at Embassy Suites.

Just a terribly managed place. The rooms were designed thoughtlessly and the convenience shop area is just ridiculous. A two bedroom suite room, and the bathroom has two non-lockable doors and a see through shower. Obviously if somebody felt the need for multiple beds, they're likely not intimate enough to accidentally walk in on each other in the bathroom. Also just a bad smelling bar of soap in the bathroom and no soap in the "kitchenette". Bold of them to brand these rooms as a suite when it's basically the same as any average hotel room just with an extra door between the couch and beds. The "kitchenette" is nothing a normal hotel room doesn't have, it's just pulled out where it feels more prominent but that's just putting lipstick on a pig. Insanely limited options in the lobby shop. Mostly just canned drinks and only a handful of edibles options. And people expect a markup at a hotel convenience shop, but these scam artists take price gouging to new heights. Also the TV freezes up every 5 minutes for about 5 minutes. So enjoy half of whatever is on. Clean rooms and a walkable area.
