Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago O'Hare Rosemont

Our trip was nice but it was a long road trip..so to come in and get a drink at the complimentary happy hour was nice but I have to say the girl serving the drinks completely turn my day around. I feel relaxed now that we're here and sit down. She had such a good spirit about her and I really think my night would not have turned around if not for her.. her name is Ariel she's a really good asset to this hotel.. always smiling and it just really helped my mood. So thank you Ariel

It was just kind of a chaotic visit. Biggest issue was that the elevators were down for the entire weekend I visited. You either had to walk up flights of stairs, or wait 10-15 minutes for the service elevator to come. The workers tried their best to accomodate with people crowing up their single elevator (which had no AC- give your workers AC in the summer...) The breakfast was okay.

(This was a 3 day vacation with family) The parking next to the hotel is hard to find a spot and trashy. When you enter the hotel it is extremely hot and so is the rest of the hotel. We entered our room and I immediately noticed problems the sink in the room was not placed right, the lights above the sink were flickering and loud, the paint in the room was cracked. The beds were actually comfortable. But the pull-out couch was NOT. Also the couch is next to the door and the lights outside of the room are extremely bright and shine through the door so we had to unscrew the bulbs just to get some sleep. The pool was just OK it was busy and the showers in the pool were breaking. There is 3 elevators and they are slow and are also extremely busy. The breakfast is like and standard hotel breakfast. The staff in the hotel was very helpful.
