Embassy Suites by Hilton Crystal City National Airport

The Embassy Suites in Crystal City is hands down the best deal in the area! From the moment we checked in, everything exceeded expectations. Each evening they host a free cocktail hour with two complimentary drinks and snacks — such a great way to wind down. The mornings start off right with a free hot breakfast bar and an omelet station that’s cooked to order. The 24/7 fitness center is well-stocked with both cardio machines and strength equipment, so you can keep up your workouts anytime. The suites themselves are massive, offering plenty of space to spread out and relax. Elevators are fast (a small detail, but so appreciated), and there’s plenty of parking available. The location is also perfect — close to the Metro, shops, and a variety of restaurants. With all of these perks and such great value, this will definitely be my go-to hotel when staying in the D.C. area. Highly recommended!

We’ve stayed here twice and the first time the power was out. Not the hotels fault however we dealt with that outage for hours. Second time we stayed, this hotel hosts groups/schools of children. We dealt with kids dropping ping pongs balls from the tops floors down to the bottom level. We also heard the kids running through the halls ways screaming and yelling at different hours of the night. We were also the lucky ones to have kids above our room which literally sounded as if they were moving furniture, falling on the ground, kicking walls and screaming till about 430am. The bar there strictly closed at 10:30p on the dot regardless if there is a bar full of people. We ask for waters to go and the tall older bald gentlemen said no that we could get them from the hotel shops because they were closed. People hadn’t even closed tabs out as they started clearing people items off the bar which was the manager I’m assuming he was short dark haired younger gentleman with glasses. The actual bartender fan or faun I think was his name he was an older smaller gentleman with glasses, he most definitely tried his best which was appreciated. You spend money to stay in a hotel it doesn’t matter the cost it’s the fact that you spent your own money to stay at a hotel that should be more decent I feel. After the seconds time of chancing this hotel there will not be a third. We are diamond members as well as we see and stay at tons of hotels across the US. This one isn’t it in my opinion.

I stayed here from June 27 to June 29th, Thursday to Sunday. I give this place an overall 3 stars, here's why: 1. I guess the area the hotel is in is a nice area so the room deposit was 100 per night! I thought that was crazy. I booked not knowing that and I don't think it's listed anywhere...I could be wrong. 2. The room was really dark even with all the lamps, im like whoooa. There's like overall 2 light switches and like 5 lamps. 3. This place looks great on the outside but the room need an upgrade. Our room had a broken vent, we called to let them know we didn't break it! Something was wrong with the shower, we had to call that in also. 4. This place has no vending machines! Like what! PROS: 1. The area is really nice! Cafe, Bars, restaurants, Parks, ice cream parlors, and a wholefoods are there. 2. The people were friendly. The staff...sometimes. 3. They have a shuttle going to the airport, that was free. So that was nice. 4. The hotel is close, if you take an Uber to the monuments. That's like 10 minute drive. 5. The hotel had free breakfeast from 8am to 9:30 am. 6. Hotel had a bar. Which was nice and you get 2 free drinks. 7. The gym was nice and clean, but I'm not sure who would come to the gym during vacation 🤔 8. The bathrooms were very spacious and clean, very nice! In all i would probably not come here agian since there's a soo many other hotels in that area.
