Embassy Suites by Hilton Denton Convention Center

5 star experience. Great location between Dallas and Fort Worth. Easy highway access to either town. Lots to do in the area, too. Beautiful hotel, wonderful buffet and amazingly accommodating and friendly staff. We came in from New Jersey to visit friends in the north Dallas suburbs and downtown Dallas and weren't sure about the location but it worked out great and was a wonderful place to stay for 4 days.

What a great hotel! It’s beautiful in the inside. Our rooms were nice. Water pressure was great on the 10th floor. My kids had a blast in the pool and splash pad. I cannot say enough about the breakfast staff! They were so nice! Everything was spotless and the food was great. My son has food allergies and Demetra had made an entire flyer with every food included at breakfast and their ingredients. That made my heart so happy! My son got to eat a lot more because we knew the ingredients and allergens. This is my second stay here and I’ll definitely be back.

We booked a king bed with 2 room suite for the weekend. The hotel property is nice and spacious, they offer a good breakfast for hotel guest. We were not impressed with the comfort of the bed. The bed was not soft as noted in the room description. When I requested a discount for the room rate with the manager I was told they are not able to do anything. I called the Hilton Guest Assistance Team today and they were able to provide a great customer service experience.
