Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown Convention Center

luxury hotel that is very clean and quiet everything you would expect from a embassy suites! lobby is on the 4th floor the only thing that was a bit off is the fact you can not get change anywhere but tips are still expected its like cash is a bad word around here or the company has very little trust in its staff so if they can't trust them well... gift shop card only is the only option or maybe its just me?! not sure if I personally like the pillows but that's neither here nor there. lots of space in the rooms with microwave which is always nice to have. over all a very nice hotel.

We stayed here for 5 nights (6/11-6/16) - 3 adults. The room was big & clean. It took at least 5 minutes of running the water in the bathroom sink & bathtub before we got hot water. There’s also a vent in the bathroom, but no fan. All of the lamps only had 40 watt lightbulbs in them, which made for a dark room & hard to read. The pool is very small & only 4 feet deep & there’s no hot tub. There were numerous tables in the buffet area that wobbled because the legs were uneven. The location is great for events downtown. We most likely won’t stay here again.

It is time for some updates at this hotel. The staff was wonderful and it was clean but my room needed some changes. The shower fixtures were all very loose to the point where I feared adjusting the shower head because it was so loose. The temperature adjustment knob was also very loose and if you moved it too far towards the hot side, it would drop down and make the water even hotter. The upholstered chair at the desk was significantly stained. The location was perfect for the convention I was attending but I would pick somewhere else with so many other hotels nearby.
