Embassy Suites by Hilton Gatlinburg Resort

Kaylee was able to accommodate all our requests. She was able to switch our room after our first night. That kind of customer service should be rewarded! Hotel is clean and kid friendly. Location was nice as well, because if you get a room with a pool view you are about to enjoy some spectacular views of the Smokey Mountains! We had a great time!

Wow, cannot wait to go back here and I just left a few days ago. Place is beautiful from the hotel to the outdoor area and grounds. Breakfast is delicious and attendants and chefs are so efficient and friendly. Happy hour is really nice also. Was hoping it would be a bit warmer so I could get in the pool but sitting poolside and using the hot tub was just as nice. Hoping to come back and visit sooner than later. If you are thinking about staying here, book it - you'll love it!!!!!!

This hotel was really awesome for our vacation. We got a king bed suit expecting the pullout bed to be enough for our daughter, do not recommend. It was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was great, but very, very busy. It was chaos trying to get food. Parking was easy and a short walk to downtown Gatlinburg. I would stay here again, just not in the summer! The heat wave sucked! Be advised. Parking is 15 per day and the is a pre-charge for incidentals. Minor issues with bathroom, to be expected. There was no dresser to unpack, so the 3 of us lived out of suitcases for a week, that wasn't fun.
