Embassy Suites by Hilton Irving Las Colinas

We were only here for one night but it was perfect for our family of five --- a rare place where one room can comfortably accommodate all of us. The rooms and property were very clean. We enjoyed our creekside view (and the quiet peace that came with it). The breakfast was convenient, but could be improved with more allergen-free options (gluten-free/dairy-free alternatives would be greatly appreciated). Also, the sausage patties were charred into crisps, but the rest of the options were good. We loved the Texas-shaped waffles! Thank you to the hard-working staff. We will be back!

Rude bartender on 7/20/25. My family and I were visiting Dallas for the weekend. On the previous Friday and Saturday nights we had super friendly bartenders, but the lady working Sunday night lacked social skills and was rude. We were using the free drink tickets, and my father just wanted a soda. The previous bartenders didn’t stamp the card for just soda, but she bluntly stated it was NOT complimentary and she would have to charge us. We just didn’t realize this and let her stamp the card. Next, we had someone we knew in town meetup with us there, and they brought their dog. While we were sitting, she just let us know that dogs were not allowed in the dining area. Although we were the only people there, we obliged, and moved. After we all moved, she comes over again and says dogs aren’t allowed in this area either. Next time, tell us where we need to sit!! I understand there are rules, but she could have done a way better job enforcing them in a kind manner. Very unwelcoming, considering we were quiet guests just trying to enjoy the hotel.

Do not book this room do not stay at this hotel the general manager Robert does not care about people. All he cares about is dollars me and my wife booked this hotel and invited over nine guests to stay in to hang out and they gave away our large suite they did not apologize for giving away the suite in addition to they did not care about accommodating us for our experience. We are expecting to have a corner suite we booked for months in advance. We put the request in the notes and they confirmed and we’re aware of it but they did not care. They told us. Oh well there’s nothing we can do. We can cancel your reservation. You can leave or you can stay in the room that that we have for you I would not recommend booking this hotel. It appears nice but the staff needs to be trained on client experience. He did nothing to accommodation us. Robert did not cared. Didn’t care about me complaining he says I’m the reason of vice president there’s nothing you can Do Everything reports to me. He can say you can report on the website if you want to so I do not recommend staying here because of how they treat people. I don’t know if it’s because of the color of our skin or not that’s why we got treated the way that we did, but I would not recommend this hotel. You may book a room, but they will give you something else and then tell you oh well, although you’ve paid the premium price
