Embassy Suites by Hilton Jackson North Ridgeland

Amazing experience! Yes I called it an experience not a stay. All amenities that you image would be in your hotel room are there plus more than can you imagine. Clean to the Tee! Very spacious and updated. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating for the room is because no matter how low you turn the temperature on the air thermostat it stays at 70 degrees. That was a bit aggravating because it’s more humid at night and during the day do to this. The breakfast is great and there is a daily complementary happy hour that was a great surprise upon arrival!!

Overall was a very good experience!! This location was undergoing renovations, so keep in mind. Parking also was a little bit tricky, but I think that was because they had many guests at the time! 1 complaint: The evening reception did run out of food early. We arrived at 6:40pm, the food was advertised as available until 7:30, they closed at 7. Overall a very good experience at this location! Every single staff member we came into contact with was incredibly hospitable, friendly, and helpful! Thank you!

The room itself was great. Unfortunately the hotel was under construction (not mentioned during booking) and none of the staff were helpful at all when they have you enter the hotel through back entrances and can't find out where to check in. Also, can't get a hold of any staff when trying to call the hotel, even though there's lots of staff sitting around on cellphones....
