Embassy Suites By Hilton Montreal Airport

Rooms and facility very clean. Beds comfortable. Staff at front desk and in the restaurant very polite and helpful. Free hot breakfast and 2 free drinks from the bar per guest at happy hour were a nice added touch to our stay. Food for dinner at the onsite restaurant was satisfactory. Free airport shuttle made travel convenient. My only complaint is that our room was facing the highway and was very noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep. Will definitely stay again but will request a room away from the highway.

This was a nice location. We asked to check in our room early and they worked hard to make that happen. The food was good. Breakfast was what you expect from an Embassy Suites hotel - great omelets. The fresh croissants were amazing. The staff was all polite and welcoming of the Grand Prix guests. I saw them interacting with regulars (airline staff) and they knew their names and seemed to really have gotten to know them. Would stay here again.

I recently stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton Montreal Airport and overall, my experience was very positive. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel’s location near the airport was convenient for my travels. The staff, aside from one instance, were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the pleasant atmosphere throughout the premises. However, I must highlight a significant issue I encountered at breakfast that impacts my overall impression. At the omelette station, the female staff member failed to greet me or acknowledge my presence with any basic courtesy like a "Good morning." More concerning was her disrespectful behavior when I placed my order for three omelettes. Although I was the only customer at the station, she insisted I wait in line, which felt unnecessary and was communicated in a dismissive manner. When I addressed her attitude directly, hoping for an apology or at least some professionalism, she did not apologize and instead maintained a dismissive and defensive stance. This single interaction was disappointing and felt uncalled for in a hotel otherwise known for its quality service. I hope management addresses this behavior because it detracts from what is otherwise a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. In summary, I recommend Embassy Suites Montreal Airport for the quality of rooms and general service, but I caution future guests about a possible issue in the breakfast service that merits improvement.
