The employees working the breakfast buffet were incredible. We have a gluten allergy on our family and they were careful to bring us our food from the back to reduce cross contamination. And I cannot say enough about the guys working the omelet station. They made my daughter scrambled eggs every morning in a fresh pan with a fresh spatula. They really seemed to care about our needs and were so delightful in every exchange. They remembered our order after the first day and every morning of our trip was a breeze because of them. The food was delicious as well!! 10/10 totally recommend.

As an Honors member check in is a breeze. Our room was clean & quiet. AC kept us nice and cool. Breakfast was good and evening drinks were refreshing. Pool is great and the beach is only a few steps away. I would recommend eating at the Black Drum on property. Priced right and portions are big. We will be back!!

Let me start by saying I called a week in advance and requested a lower level room. The lady on the phone said she would notate the account but when we arrived for check-in, they gave us a high-level floor and said nothing else was available. Was not happy about that. The breakfast buffet was amazing along with the breakfast staff. The rooms were okay, had some floor staining and a musty smell. The pools and kid areas are great, except for the fact that there is not enough seating and way too many cabanas that nobody rents. What you should do is remove some cabanas and create more seating for guests.
