Fantastic hotel, I had a lovely experience. Stayed for 4 days, and everything was top notch. In fact, I am quite surprised to see several negative reviews about this hotel ! The location is wonderful, right opposite to the Music City Center and barely a 5-7min walk from Broadway. The neighborhood felt pretty safe. The hotel offers a wonderful buffet breakfast, and even offers two free drinks and snacks on the house every evening. There is a water refill station at the lobby (which several hotels at many places often don’t have). The suite I had was super nice and spacious, with all the amenities I could have asked for (including a microwave and a refrigerator). It was on the 27th floor, and offered an amazing view of the Nashville downtown. Housekeeping services were provided every day. What else could you ask for? It was truly a very pleasant and comfortable stay. I would positively recommend others and would be happy to be back again if I get to visit Nashville again in future.
This hotel was a perfect hotel for the girls trip in Nashville. It was only like 5 minutes walk from Broadway which was really amazing especially at night. Our room was really clean, modern, and spacious. We LOVED that there were two vanities outside of bathroom which made 4 girls getting ready so much easier! Definitely will stay here again! The only downside was that our "upgraded city view" room had really only had half of windows (the other half was just wall) and the shower door did not stay close.
Great place to stay at. Our room was clean and we had an amazing view. The gym was nice, and the pool we thought was a roof top pool but I guess not. So a bit bummed about that. The breakfast wasn’t terrible, it was a step above regular hotel breakfast. They also have a cafe on the first floor which had a nice variety of breakfast foods and decent drinks. It was in a great place too! We were in distance walking of anywhere. I will say, when it’s really busy the elevators take forever. We were waiting 20-30 minutes for the elevators. Had to eventually go up, to go down.
