Embassy Suites by Hilton Omaha Downtown Old Market

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give Embassy Suites Downtown 1,000 stars, I absolutely would! From start to finish, our stay was incredible. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect room with an amazing view of the fireworks—such a special touch. The entire team was so welcoming and attentive. One of my favorite things was how easy it was to communicate; you can text the front desk and they reply within seconds! The rooms were spotless, beautifully updated, and very comfortable. We loved the delicious breakfast each morning, and the pool and gym were fantastic. Exceptional customer service, great amenities, and an all-around wonderful experience. Highly recommend staying here—you will feel truly taken care of!

Rooms were very spacious but not very clean. We stayed here 07/28-08/01, housekeeper would never place a trash bag in the trash can. They only give towels for two people. Self parking is $23 nightly and the lot is across the street. We self parked one vehicle and valet the other. The bartenders are valet staff was really nice. The best part about the hotel was breakfast. The omelettes were amazing. I just wish they had a better variety of fruit. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We loved our stay here with just my wife and I. Very family friendly atmosphere. Very clean location. Breakfast was very nice with both the buffet option and a cook to order omelette grill. Gym facility was perfect. The pool looked nice and was very busy. The happy hour was a nice option with snacks and two beverages available on the house. Only negatives was water pressure on the 5th floor was sporadic and sub par. The bathroom in room also needed some repair with a rusty tub. Everything we needed and wanted was within walking distance. We will return and bring our young children.
