We visited this summer and loved it so much that, after originally booking for one week, we extended our stay by an additional four days. The hotel itself is beautiful. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite with a kitchen and two bathrooms, and it was very impressive perfect for our family of four. The pool was absolutely amazing, and we had such a great time enjoying it. The staff were also wonderful—every single person we interacted with was friendly and welcoming, which really made our stay even better. The only drawback I noticed was that, unlike other Embassy Suites we’ve stayed at, the breakfast selection and happy hour snack offerings did not change throughout our stay. Having the same options every day for nine days made it a little difficult to fully enjoy that part of the experience. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and we’re already looking forward to visiting again soon!

Wow, this place is amazing! It checks all the boxes. The 1-bedroom king suite felt more like an apartment than a hotel room, with a full kitchen, living room, and bedroom. The bathroom was a highlight — you get both a tub and a walk-in shower with dual shower heads (on the same side), plus plenty of storage. The blackout curtains really work, and the whole space was spotless. Perks include free parking and a free Disney shuttle. I took a star off because the company they used (Maingate Transportation) left us sitting at the park cause they left earlier than the reservation said. Just pay for the parking and drive there. Breakfast is what you’d expect — standard options plus an omelet station. We live about 35 minutes away and originally stayed here just to be closer to the parks, but we’ll definitely be coming back even just for a getaway. Highly recommend!

The hotel itself is very nice. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. Pool is excellent. But next time I'd stay somewhere else. Restaurant staff, Troy, and Mellow were fantastic! Housekeeping is very shabby. They did very minimal cleaning, skipped a day, didn't come anywhere near the time they said they would. I ended up taking out trash, removing towels, basically doing their job on a few occasions. So prepare yourself for that. The pool will close due to storms miles away, which is fine, but they don't post it so you have to walk down 10 minutes and find out by seeing the gate locked. The rooms are very far away from the pool. Oh and watch out for your stuff at the pool. One time a staff member took it from the cabana I rented and locked it up for the night, while I was there and the pool was still open! Staff at the front desk didn't care at all. Quite rude! I wouldn't act like that to them if they were in my situation. And whatever you do don't pay for the cabana rate! It is a huge waste of money! Half the time the pool will be closed due to a storm miles away. The rate itself is only $50. Although it could go up, that's what the front desk worker told me ahead of my stay but it never did so I got suckered into paying that rate when I would've saved money by just buying it a few days. Sometimes pool won't even open at 9. Just whenever the workers casually show up. The hotel is in the money making business, so I understand, but almost $3000 from me now and they won't get repeat business for sure! Instead they get a 1 star review. They were so close to a 5 star review but since they won't take off the resort fee to compensate like a front desk worker said they would this is what they deserve. Housekeeping said we could check out at 12:30 for our troubles, front desk said 11. Another breakdown in communication and letdown.
