I want to say a great big Thank you to the night manager here. Our flight arrived at the airport at 3am. He was helpful got us checked it and extended our checkout time. The rooms were clean and fresh,, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast decent. What a nice “welcome.” Highly recommend, oh and the security person was very nice as well, helped us get the shuttle from the airport and greeted us with smiles on our arrival. Excellent customer service. (I wish I could remember the managers name ….)
My stay at this hotel was great. From easy check-in to clean room to airport shuttle, everything was to the point. The best thing was their breakfast. Hot and tasty breakfast. They also provided 2 drink coupons at check-in time. The lobby/sit out area is huge. I had a big box to carry to airport and the shuttle driver helped me to load and unload the box without any fuss. I appreciated his behavior. I liked the hotel and would stay here again.
Horrible Experience Avoid This Hotel at All Costs! First off, the staff here is completely unprofessional, rude, and lacks any empathy for their guests. When we arrived, we had issues checking in because we booked through a third-party site. Instead of helping us or offering any kind of solution, the front desk staff simply dismissed us and told us to figure it out on our own. No support, no courtesy just cold indifference. We came for a concert that was starting in one hour, and because of their refusal to help, we had no choice but to get ready in a Target bathroom. The entire time, we were stressed out about where we’d sleep that night and couldn’t even enjoy the concert fully. When we finally managed to resolve the booking issue and returned to check in, we witnessed another guest complaining about his room it had wet floors and a bad smell. We were then told there were no rooms left. But when we got our room, guess what? It had the same wet floors and nasty odor. So clearly, they just gave us the room that guy was complaining about. That’s completely unacceptable and disgusting. To top it off, the hotel itself is dirty, and the staff could not care less about helping you. They are dismissive, unkind, and unwilling to lift a finger to make your stay better. DO NOT STAY HERE. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel.
