Embassy Suites by Hilton Pigeon Forge Resort

My husband, two girls, and I just enjoyed a three night visit at this hotel on our very first visit to Pigeon Forge and our stay was nothing short of amazing. First of all, we were greeted by the front desk manager, David, at check in. He went above and beyond by seeing if our room was available to check in a bit early and also gave us excellent recommendations of local places to eat for lunch and dinner. Second, the hotel is only two months old and is absolutely beautiful. The lobby, rooms, and all the amenities were excellent. We enjoyed the indoor pool, but there was also an outdoor pool, swim up bar, and outside games to enjoy. It was truly like visiting a resort. Third, the breakfast and managers reception were exceptional! The view from the 7th floor dining area was gorgeous and we enjoyed looking out into the mountains as we ate. The staff were also excellent. Everyone was so helpful and made sure me and my family had a great time! We have stayed at a lot of Hilton brand hotels, especially Embassy Suites, and this was by far the best hotel we have stayed in! We will most definitely be returning!

Lovely hotel! It is new and they’re still figuring stuff out, but they’re very gracious and helpful. Heads up- if you plan to stay there soon and you’re a light sleeper don’t get a room on the side next to the Tempo being built. The Summit is probably the best view in town and while I never had any meal there besides breakfast, the lunch and dinner options looked wonderful! The outdoor eating area is gorgeous! They have a coca-cola freestyle machine, a games area with all the classic games (not only that, but they were all complete (which never is the case at other hotels)! They have pool, shuffleboard and a golf simulator. Pool area is super nice, they have two, one indoor/outdoor and another outdoor.

This place is amazing. The rooms are nice and spacious with more than enough room to move around. The staff were right on top of everything, and so nice, especially at the breakfast buffet and bar. My husband loved the omelet station. The rooftop lounge is simply amazing with the best views of the smokies. The pool was large and you didn’t feel cramped, even though it’s busy. Don’t think about it, just book your stay. This will be our go to place from now on.
