Embassy Suites by Hilton Portland Airport

This airport Hotel is amazing! I travel extensively for work across the lower 48. Staying in hotels is a norm for me. The Embassy Suites staff at this hotel are head and shoulders above the competition. I don't know what Hilton corporate is feeding these employees, but I pray they keep it up! The front desk support, especially Katie, who helped with my FedEx shipping, are so helpful and supportive. From help with access to conference rooms to snacks, meals, etc. they are unmatched! The on-site restaurants are.pricey, but worth every penny. I was in love with the breakfast that was provided every morning. Best omelettes I've ever had! Period! Great work staff. Thank you for all the great support and I'll remember you as I lose the few pounds I gained from your excellent food and snacks. Be blessed! Darren

We absolutely enjoyed our visit at this hotel. The staff was extremely professional and the manager should be proud of them. The room we had was clean and had a great view of the Columbia River and beyond. The only downside was the bed was a bit harder than we're used to. It is probably just us. For certain we will stay again in the future.

I am absolutely appalled by the way Embassy Suites handled my recent stay. I was charged a smoking fee for allegedly smoking in my room — at a time when I wasn’t even in the room! In fact, there is clear footage showing me at the hotel’s own restaurant, ordering drinks and enjoying my evening, which makes this charge not just baseless, but downright ridiculous. Despite presenting this information, the staff refused to acknowledge their mistake or remove the fee. It’s extremely disappointing that a reputable hotel would resort to these kinds of false accusations just to squeeze more money out of guests. I’ve stayed at many hotels, and I’ve never encountered anything like this. Not only is it unprofessional, it borders on dishonest. Embassy Suites — do better. This experience was enough to ensure I’ll never be returning, and I’ll be encouraging others to stay far away as well. Not to mention it is a OLD BUILDING! You can hear the other guest through the paper thin walls and poorly air conditioned rooms
