Embassy Suites by Hilton St. Louis Downtown

My recent stay at the Embassy Suites was a delightful experience, blending comfort and convenience seamlessly. From the moment I stepped into the spacious lobby, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere, everyone from the staff was very welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. The suite itself was a highlight, offering ample space to relax and unwind. The separate living area was perfect while the comfortable bedroom ensured a restful night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day, with a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to all tastes. In the evenings, the complimentary evening reception was a welcome treat, offering a selection of beverages and snacks in a relaxed setting. Overall, my experience at the Embassy Suites was exceptional. The combination of spacious suites, convenient amenities, and attentive service made for a memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

This location is downtown with convenient walking access to Busch Stadium and the Arch National Park. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of my room and how clean it was. I was anticipating something dated but was pleasantly surprised how modern and fresh it was. The staff was great and made some excellent dining reservations. The hotel is also convenient to a ton of restaurants and entertainment venues. I would absolutely stay here again.

An Embassy Suite where staff members treat you stay like a special occasion. At first glance the Embassy Suites looks unsurprising. With a rather tiny lobby and small hotel frontage I didn't expect much. However upon my arrival to my room, I discovered this is a rather large hotel with large hallways. The rooms are have vaulted ceilings and provides a nice illusion of a much larger suite. The beds are very comfortable and provides for a great night's sleep. The T.V entertainment interface was a bit challenging to navigate. One problem we encountered was the inoperable A.C. in our room. The breakfast is as you would expect from any Embassy Suites. I thoroughly enjoy the large dining room that provides ample space for many visiting patrons. You can find a seat even in the most busiest times. The breakfast area has very large vaulted ceilings also adding the illusion of a much larger space. Breakfast at this hotel was very pleasant. One thing that they do miss are the mugs for the coffee (instead they offer paper cups). This facility also offers a business center. The business center is housed in a separate isolated room that provides a quiet atmosphere for work. Work stations are complete with printers. What makes this location stand out is the all hands on deck mentality of the staff. Awesome kudos to the breakfast staff. I constantly observed in cleaning tables to prepare them for the next guest, restocking breakfast items, and cooking fresh omelettes all with a smile. At one point during our stay, the breakfast area was extremely crowded. At this point I even observed the hotel manager working to help facilitate the workload. They even extended the breakfast hours to make sure all patrons managed to get breakfast. The manager also helped to remedy our lack of A.C. situation we experienced throughout our stay. Overall, the staff members make thi hotel stand out. The hotel is centrally located in downtown St Louis. Metro stops are located nearby.
