Emens Hotel

Cozy, clean and quiet hotel with an exceptional kind, friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to make our family reunion special. Surprised us with a birthday cake, played beautiful music tailored to our new year celebration, and helped us with all our questions. We felt welcome and cared for. Great modern hotel. The rooms are well sized, clean and with all amenities + complimentary water. Breakfast is what I expected, well rounded, complete and tasty (except the crêpes :) which need improvement. Location is walking distance from the bay and city centre. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The staff were very helpful and kind, would answer alll my questions I had and fix any issues I would face. The rooms usually come with breakfast option included and it is to my surprise quite good actually include all the basics and sometimes more. The only thing that I wanted to exist there was filter coffee, it would be nice to have some nice freshly made filter coffee. Ms. Gozde went beyond and above to make us feel comfortable and were so kind to offer free turkish coffee at our breakfast table, shoutout to her. The only downside of the hotel is its location that after a certain time at night it is almost inpossible to go out on the streets, you wont see any women walking, all homeless addicted people who stare at you like you did something. But i would def recommend the hotel itself.
