ANOTHER DAY AT OUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME We have been coming to Mazatlán for 33 years. We have been blessed with 25 of those years at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay. The people who work here are the best in all of Mazatlán. Melissa, David Remey, Israel, under the direction of Eric, take care of our every need through the Elite Program. They check us in and out of our room or villa—no lobby crowds. They order transportation and make reservations for us, exchange money, and even put out towels to reserve our place at the pool. They reserve a cabana with a table for playing cards or doing word searches. They are like family to us. At the Bistro Pool, Felipe, Angel, and Rodrigo are always attentive to our every need, and they always do this with a smile and positive attitude. Tonatiuh is the maintenance man in our building at the northeast section. He hangs up the Christmas lights and then takes them down. He also fixes window screens when needed. Isabel and Gladys keep our place in tiptop shape with their housekeeping. We never lack for clean towels, toiletries, and a tidy environment. All of the cart drivers are not only skilled at helping you in and out of the carts but also very helpful in letting you know what is going on around the resort. Now, if you want to go on a fishing trip, have a massage or manicure/pedicure, or go sightseeing, please see Arturo. He has been doing this for many years and is not only honest but really knows his business. He is also very knowledgeable about the area and its history. We spend three months here with our families and feel that the information I am sharing with you is very accurate. If you don't fall in love with this place, it is your fault, not the wonderful people who work here! Oops! I almost forgot Sergio at the towel stand at the Bistro. He is one of the hardest working men, always washing the lounge chairs, tables, and even the umbrellas. If he sees you need any kind of help, he is right there. His helper Diego is trying hard to follow in Sergio's footsteps. Good luck, Diego!

Great experience due to staff courtesy, sincerity and friendliness. Grounds are lovely, cared for and all pools maintained . Dining and cuisine is excellent along with all guest services. A concern arose with Concierge. When inquired for and asked, was not offered assistance for activities and ongoing Holiday events. We expressed our concerns upon checking out after Christmas and were contacted shortly thereafter by Management ( Martin). After details of incidents were shared, he assured us that the staff would be addressed to remedy future discrepancy for other vacationing guests. This was a positive step by Martin and The Pueblo Bonito at Emerald Bay Resort, which left us satisfied to return again. Thank you for such prompt attentive professionalism.

We stayed at Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan. There were some things in the room that we were not very happy about. It appeared the kitchen cabinets and microwave were falling off the wall. We appreciate the old style of decor, which is why we like going to Mexico and PB Mazatlan is like any other hotel. The views, service, food and people were great!
