We had an unforgettable stay at Emerald Hồ Tràm Resort! The highlight of our visit was the exceptional service at the beach, especially from lifeguard Bình. He went above and beyond—taking professional-quality photos for us, offering helpful tips on poses, angles, and how to capture the best moments. His thoughtfulness and attention to detail truly impressed us. The breakfast service was also outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options and warm, attentive staff. Every team member we encountered was kind, welcoming, and eager to help. The hospitality here is truly top-notch. Highly recommend for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Very enjoyable stable at the Emerald Hotel Ho Tram. Their Front Office manager was very informative upon checkout. Ms Trinh their receptionist was also very helpful to arrange some money for me to get a taxi.

this is good place for resting, not for outside activities or drinking. Quiet place with room quiet nice ! there is a big swimming pool for you or your kids. the only thing is the surrounding, there are not many places for your shopping, eating, drinking. You can only stay in your room or need a car, take half a hour or more to Center where there are more coffee shops, restaurants for you. or you can enjoy beautiful beach if you love nature ❤️
