It was our second time at the Emerald Hotel for our company's Iftar function, hosting our valued customers. Based on the excellent experience and feedback—both from our team and our guests—during our previous visit, we chose this venue once again this year. We were delighted to find that the hotel exceeded our expectations once more. Our 100+ guests were extremely pleased with the service, food and beverage offerings, staff professionalism, and the overall arrangements and coordination. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the hotel management and the entire staff for their outstanding efforts. A special thanks goes to the Restaurant Manager, whose exceptional commitment and attention to detail ensured the event’s success.
Room was spacious.... Bed was comfy... Neat and clean and quite place... Plenty of parking available in the basement as well as outside of the hotel. Receptionist was so kind and helpful. There is mart next to the hotel.
Dirty, and the night receptionists is the most disrespectful person I have ever talked to. The A/C in our room was not working and the way he went about handling it was so unprofessional and unhelpful. Solution, move to a crusty dirty room or pay more money to get a decent room. Might I add the other rooms sink was clogged as well. Absolutely disgusting!
