Emerald Hotel

We stayed there for 1 week in September and I was pleasantly surprised both by the room and the central location of the hotel. Despite the fact that it's close to everything, the nights are silent and you can rest comfortably. From our room we had a great view of the mountains. We tried to explore all we could in the little time we had on the island and we didn't get a chance to try the swimming pool or the foods and coffee they offer but people were always spending time at the bar so everything surely must be delicious. We will definitely be back here next year, it's all we needed: clean, calm and very well located

I have been coming to this hotel since 2010 and have had an amazing time every time I have been. The hotel is in a great location and all staff are friendly and very helpful. There is nothing they will not do to be attentive to their guests to ensure they have a great holiday and stay. The gardens, pool and rooms are always clean and well kept. Overall great experience and very relaxing holiday. Will definitely be back next year 💜

The worst hotel I ever visited! The hotel staff is rude and takes black money for the ac and more. The say that the ac will explode if u put it under 22 degrees, that’s a lie! They are just cheap. And the ac is also broken so u know, we got sick the second day! The apartment is so bad, the bed is like sleeping on a rock, they never clean (we tested), and the cleaners STOLE!! (We have proof) So don’t leave stuff open because they stole. The bathroom is so bad the water just flows out and you can’t shower, u don’t even get toilet paper. U have to clean everything by our self, the kitchen equipment is so bad it’s old and dirty, wasn’t even clean when we got there!! And then overall the pool was so dirty and bad full of dirt!! And when we checked in we had to wait for 1 hour because the floor was wet and we had to carry all our bags and suitcases up dubble the stairs!! So overall u get what u pay for, the worst ever!!!
