We had such a wonderful stay in the river chalets at Emerald Resort. It was fully furnished, neat and they cleaned everyday. I would 100% recommend! The hotel is just as beautiful and neat - very classy.
My room had a very Smokey smell. But either than that is was very clean. Very friendly staff. Very family friendly. Very fun. A lot of stuff to do. Honestly can see how it can be boring. There’s alot of entertainment there’s even shuttles on request for people who booked the rooms. You can really enjoy this place I do recommend it. It is very Beautiful at night. The night lights make it looks so beautiful.
The accommodation may be affordable but the rooms at the River Chalets are located miles away from the casino, entertainment and restaurants. The couch in the room was dirty and the blanket in the cupboard even more so. The remote for the TV was not working. The shelves in the fridge were missing. The bath towels needed replacing. There are no loungers at the pool. The staff was all very approachable and tried to assist but there definitely needs to be more maintenance and on sight activities for guests given the huge distance from the main entertainment area
