My husband and I had to stay here after we had to change apartments. Maria at reception was so welcoming and friendly we instantly felt at home. We had the pleasure of staying here for 1 week! Everyone and I mean from reception to kitchen and house keeping we're so friendly and professional! They are an asset to the hotel and the area! The owner Mr Niko was also equally welcoming and friendly. The standard of cleanliness and the breakfast was amazing! A quick 5 minute walk down a small slope and you're in the heat of Florina. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation! Thankyou to all the wonderful staff!!
Very beautiful hotel, great interior and view, very good breakfast and the staff is very polite, you should visit Florina just to experience this place.
Not all the stuff was wearing masks.The room is clean and nice but you can only sleep around 1:00am to 6:30am. Our room was on the second floor where you can hear everything from the reception and the bar, the music were on from 6:30am at the morning! At night many residents were on the bar till 12:00+ and few kids were running and screaming in all floors. We did our complaints but the receptionist mentioned that they are kids and it is expected to be loud. I am afraid that this is happening to all floors due to the way that the hotel is built and in order to get a proper sleep no people should be down on the reception or the bar.
