Emeralda Resort Tam Coc

I recently stayed at Emeralda Resort Tam Coc and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service, especially from Miss. Tracy Trang. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her attention to detail, warm hospitality, and willingness to assist with any request truly made a difference. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or simply checking in to see if I needed anything, Tracy’s professionalism and kindness stood out. The hotel itself was excellent, clean, well-located, and with great amenities; but its staff like Tracy who make a stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel and sincerely appreciate the exceptional care she provided. Thank you, Tracy and the entire team. I look forward to staying here again!

Our family stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights during Tet 2025 and celebrated New Year’s Eve at the resort. If you’re looking for a place right in the center of Tam Coc - Bich Dong, this resort is definitely the right choice. It’s located right in the middle of Tam Coc Lake, with views from the rooms overlooking the river, boat dock, and limestone mountains. The facilities are fairly new and in good condition. A highlight here is the F&B service very friendly & helpful staff. The Vietnamese set menu is generous and well seasoned. The resort also has a heated swimming pool and a spacious parking area for guests. The downside is the rather small lobby, located right next to the souvenir shop, which makes it a bit chaotic. There’s no welcome drink, and only one receptionist on duty, so it’s hard for them to properly take care of all the guests.

This is an excellent resort—everything is beautifully arranged, and the scenery is worth capturing in photos as lasting memories. What impressed us the most was the warm, thoughtful, and patient service from the staff, which made our stay exceptionally comfortable. We would love to stay here again in the future and will definitely recommend it to our friends. Special thanks to the front desk staff and the restaurant team for making our stay with a child so convenient, safe, and worry-free.
