Emily's Hideaway by Jackson Mountain Rentals

Thank you Timber Tops for a great getaway! We had an issue with the AC and they sent someone out as soon as they could, my husband I felt they were very responsive and the customer service was excellent. The cabin was beautiful and the views are amazing, we enjoyed driving further up the road and enjoyed views as well from higher up. This is the third cabin we’ve rented from you all and we have been highly pleased each time. We understand things happen but things were taken care of swiftly. Our kids played pool all day and we enjoyed the hot tub. Even had a momma bear and cub come visit us late at night, the sounds of nature are always peaceful. Thank you again Timber Tops for another great stay, only cabin rental company we will use down in the Smokies.

We had a wonderful experience with Timber Tops Cabin Rentals. We had a Peace Corps Reunion at the 14 bedroom Pinnacle View place. Yes, there was a steep driveway to get to the place, but again, you are in the mountains. The place truly felt like you were in a cabin in the woods. A bear even graced us with his presence as we enjoyed the hot tub. I would recommend to anyone.

We spent a few unforgettable days at this mountain cabin and it truly felt like a hidden gem. Surrounded by nature, with cozy interiors and breathtaking views, it was the perfect escape. Every detail was thoughtful and warm — the kind of place you instantly feel at home in. Highly recommend to anyone needing a recharge or a romantic getaway. We’ll definitely be back!
