From the moment we arrived at Deira Concorde Hotel, we were warmly welcomed and taken care of in the best way. A special thanks to Mr. Asif, the Front Desk Supervisor, whose professionalism, friendliness, and helpful attitude made our stay incredibly smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. He truly set the tone for our entire visit. Big thanks also to Mr. Henry for his kind assistance with our luggage during check-in and check-out. Room service was excellent—professional, prompt, and friendly. We genuinely felt at home. Highly recommended!
The Staff is amazing. Great view of the city and the Marina. Check in was at 2pm but I had an early flight in and was allowed to check in early. Breakfast is amazing with lots of options. Huge rooms too. Location is superb. Not too far from Al the amazing places + there's a men and women salon, spa and lots of restaurants too. Rooms are very clean and I absolutely loved my stay. Gonna be recommending it for all our clients.. 4 star treatment is great.
The location is very good area is nice rooms acceptable but the escalator and the service isn’t the best if im rating ill rate 3/10
