The apartments close to Zell Am See are very modern and beautifully equipped; they offer everything you need. The pool was exceptional, kids love it. The views on the surrounding mountains are exceptional. I would definitely recommend it.

I was very delighted and happy to stay there, the place is new and clean, the apartment is spacious and well maintained. There is tv and wifi, everything is provided for cooking, stove, appliances, cooking wear and fridge, they provided us with fans as well, The place feels safe, no one can access the hotel without a key. My kids were very happy. I was very sad i had to leave earlier than planned but i will definitely book the same place when i go to Austria again.

The hotel was nice, and the rooms were clean and fresh. However, I felt completely deceived when booking with them, which left me very angry and disappointed. On the same day I was due to arrive, I had a conversation with the hotel staff and agreed to an upgrade of our rooms. I was promised a discounted rate (which I received in writing), but after making the payment, I noticed that the discount had not been applied, and I ended up paying significantly more than agreed. When I addressed the issue with them, they deflected responsibility, saying the discount didn't apply, that there had been a mistake, and that it was ultimately my own fault for accepting the charge. I tried to explain that I had made the payment while driving and under time pressure, as I was already on my way to the hotel from Sweden. Still, I had everything in writing, clearly stating that the hotel had promised me a discount in exchange for the room upgrade. Their response was that the discount was invalid and that by accepting the payment, the matter was closed. They assured me they would follow up on the issue and would come back to me, but it has now been over a week and I have heard nothing. I find this behavior completely unacceptable and a total lack of customer service. They also breached a written agreement. I cannot recommend this place, as I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same experience.
