Everyone is very welcoming, always alert, & making sure the clients are very happy. Elvin and Rosalie were very helpful with the bike rides. I 100% recommend coming here, everyone makes you feel like they’re family. Only thing I would say is that the bicycles need some maintenance, but the bike trail was so fun and peaceful.

Perfect location, however, rooms need some upgrade and definitely new towels. Front desk not welcoming during check-in, not even a smile and no information provided to us at all about the premises or anything, but all the other staff throughout the hotel -buffet staff, room staff, coffee shop, Teke store, etc.- were really nice and friendly, and you could tell they are really hard working people. The disco definitely needs to be much bigger; it's too small. The casino needs to be bigger as well if they really want people to spend money; there are only a few machines and nothing else; it looks more like an arcade. We loved that there was music in the pool area pretty much all day. We're definitely going back and hopefully improvements are made by then.

I want to start by clarifying that during my stay I had a VIP membership. This has been the worst resort I have ever stayed at! Since I arrived, the service was very poor. I got to the room and the fridge was leaking water onto the floor. In the main bathroom, the sink was clogged, the toilet was broken, and the bathtub had mold and was rusty. I couldn't even open the shower because the handle was broken. The other bathroom leaked water onto the floor every time the sink was used, and one of the cabinet doors was broken. There were also cockroaches in the room. The food was very bad, and the menu was the same every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I stayed there for 3 days, and it was a nightmare. They refused to give me a refund, and they didn't apologize or offer me any other options. I truly feel scammed; for my experience, I don't believe it was worth the $400 I paid. Stay away from this place!!!
