Nice hotel.
The lobby of this hotel is splendidly decorated, the standard room booked has a small and fresh style, and the dim bedside lamp makes it easy to fall asleep. However, the opposite side of the bathroom is right next to the bed, so the privacy is not very good.
They took the deposit and did not refund it. The hotel does not provide a deposit refund receipt even if requested. Of course, the money that was supposed to be refunded did not arrive. It's been almost two months, and the refund still hasn't been processed, and requests for receipts are being ignored. There is no reply from the hotel anymore and it seems they have no intention of processing the double payment for accommodation. Isn't that crazy? We recommend staying at a global hotel chain. If you want to experience truly shocking and unexpected hotel response, I recommend staying here! —————— The river view rooms are very nice. The room size is large and the bed is comfortable. There are some old traces, but it seems to be kept clean. The location is not good for sightseeing. It is quite far from the center and there are not many tourist attractions nearby. However, there is a well-maintained walking trail along the river, and the surrounding area is not noisy. The view of Orange Island is beautiful in the morning and evening. Breakfast is not bad. The service is a bit intrusive on privacy. Overall, he doesn't speak English. I can barely speak English, so I have to use a translator to communicate. There is a clear no smoking sign, but the room smells like cigarettes. But they say this is a chronic problem for Chinese hotels... Even if I go somewhere else or change rooms, it’s the same, so I give up!
