Exceptional Service and a True Lifesaver! My recent stay at the Emperador Hotel in Buenos Aires was nothing short of remarkable, transforming a potentially disastrous arrival into a truly memorable experience. After my airline misplaced my luggage, leaving me stranded with nothing, the staff at the Emperador went above and beyond to assist me. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by a genuinely friendly gentleman at the front desk who handled my check-in with warmth and efficiency, immediately putting me at ease. His welcoming demeanor was the perfect start to what became an extraordinary stay. The gentleman who helped with a few details and processed my payment was equally professional and kind, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free transaction. However, the true heroes of my stay were the front office manager and the incredible housekeeper. The front office manager, demonstrating exceptional empathy and problem-solving skills, immediately arranged for a comfortable robe to be delivered to my room. This thoughtful gesture provided much-needed comfort during a stressful time. And then, there was the amazing young lady from housekeeping. With incredible speed and efficiency, she collected my few remaining items of clothing and had them washed, dried and impeccably ironed within a couple of hours. This level of service, especially at night, was truly exceptional and a testament to the dedication of the hotel staff. The Emperador Hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction is evident in every interaction. The staff’s willingness to go the extra mile turned a potentially negative situation into a positive and memorable experience. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. If you're looking for a hotel in Buenos Aires that combines luxurious accommodations with truly exceptional service, the Emperador is the perfect choice. Lovely hotel. Room service is NOT 24 hours. We had delayed flight and got in at 23:50 and buy time got room, room service shut so no food. The biggest issue is the bathroom floor (including shower) is made of tiles that the walls have and is VERY SLIPY. Multiple times we slipped and just managed to grab something to stop us falling (Really need to sort it). On the plus side the room was spacious and the bed and pillows 10/10.
