Great place, good looking rooms but needs better cleaning and care taking. The bathrooms were very dirty and unhygienic. The floor was oily and at few places it had a thick layer of dust. Tables had ants all over in both the rooms. Location wise it is beautiful but needs good care. Thow I highlighted these to the property managers and hop in my next visit I do not find these issues.

Emperor Resorts and Spa in North Goa provides an outstanding hospitality experience that truly stands out. The staff are not only attentive but genuinely dedicated to making guests feel welcome and valued. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and thoughtful gestures that immediately made us feel at home. For example, even though we were checking out early, the staff made sure we received our breakfast before the usual serving time, a thoughtful gesture that truly exemplified their commitment to hospitality. A special mention to the manager, Dinesh, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, and to the head chef, Akhil, who prepared a brilliant lunch, carefully considering our preferences.
