The best hotel, clean rooms, spacious enough, everything is complete, friendly employees are quick to help. Very suitable for bringing families to stay for a vacation. Mall below the hotel, too many food choices, easy to buy necessities. Very satisfied and worth it. Choose Empire Subang Hotel for your vacation.

Stayed in this hotel in 2024 and felt it was pretty value for money. In my recent stay in 2025, condition of rooms deteriorated tremendously and fell far below what is expected of a 4 star hotel. Fixtures are missing, drainage issues (clogged toilet and shower) despite maintenance team attempting to fix it major leaking from ceiling in rooms, holes in ceiling along common corridor. While the hotel is conveniently connected to Empire Mall next door, the hotel requires major reform. Hope to see improvements in the hotel in the near future.

I would have given 0 stars if that were an option. This is my second time staying at this hotel for a work trip, and it has only gotten worse. There was a persistent water leak from the ceiling. The staff’s response was simply to vacuum and empty the water — a temporary fix at best. As expected, the leak returned. The worst part? Being woken up at 6 a.m. by the sound of dripping water. After enduring it for the third time, I couldn’t take it any longer and had to request a room change. The room is in poor content - broken floor, safe not working etc but at least no leak. Extremely disappointing experience.Please avoid this hotel.
