Empire Platinum Suites

We found this little gem in the heart of Delhi, not too far from the main bazaar and the train station. The suites are absolutely stunning. Brand new and with lots of facilities such as small kitchenette and living room, ideal to chill out after a long day exploring the city. We’ll definitely come back. They made us feel like home, especially the receptionist Ria. She was amazing throughout the whole stay. 100% recommended.

It's one room per floor and it's super clean and well appointed. There was hot water kettle , microwave and basics. The shower was very clean and good water pressure. Beds were comfy and clean linen fragrance free :) Will stay here again. For being in the middle of a busy place it was quite.

The room was true to the pictures. I had a hard time looking for a hotel in Delhi as there were many hotels on booking apps that used fake pictures and write fake reviews, as the reviews on the app and Google didn’t match, and this is the first time I’m seeing so many “hotel”doing this in a place. I came across Empire Platinum Suites on a booking platform, I checked google reviews but they didn’t have any yet as it was a new as of this review, maybe about a month. I called them and they were friendly and you can tell from the tones that they care about your business. I ended up following this even without any google reviews as they seemed really legitimate. And I have no regrets as the rooms were very nice and comfortable and clean! The service was also really accommodating and hospitable, by the staff Sonu. I breathed a sigh of relieve and felt lucky! So if anyone reads this, I can recommend as a single female traveller as of writing this review! You can perhaps call them directly to get a better price than the booking apps too. The beds and pillows were comfortable too, I had a good sleep! In general the sound proofing was ok, it was quiet enough at night, it’s still quite close to the Main Street so some honking sounds can’t be avoided, but it wasn’t an issue. Location also really good in the city centre, between Old and New Delhi.
