Absolutely loved it! Great location, easy to find and smooth check-in check-out process. The room was neat and clean, everything was exactly as described at the time of booking. The hostess was really polite and helpful. Overall everything one can ask for.

We spent five nights here and never got a good sleep. Very noisy! I am sorry, but we even heard every sound from the bathroom next door... No soundproofing at all. It`s not okay! Cleaning starts at 10 am, it was noisy as well. The bathroom needs a renovation because there is almost no hot water. However, the room was clean and big enough with everything we needed. I think it is an ok option for a short staying.

If you have in mind to book this location, please do yourself a favor and do not. We booked a “double” room with private bathroom, for 305€\ 2 nights. The room is incredibly small, no closet, a tiny fridge you can barely fit something in there. The room we got isn’t even on booking. Which is why we expected a different and bigger room. The bathroom looks horrible and very dirty. I noticed also the floor wasn’t clean when we arrived, a lot of dust and hairs. It’s not our first time in Rome, we never had this horrible experience. We asked for a second card so we can go out and come back separately, or whatever other reason we had, and they just said “no, we have only one card”. Ridiculous, what if I had to go out while my friend is asleep or something?! Anyways, moving on, we noticed we do not have slippers here, the floor is made from kind of floor tiles which is very very cold especially now. They said “no, sorry, we don’t have slippers”. Seriously? After we pay this huge amount of money (300€) for the ridiculous room, you cannot provide 2 pairs of slippers. Another big no for us, the walls are made of “air” You can absolutely hear everything from your neighbors, they can hear you. Can be very annoying when you want to rest after a long day in Rome. Never heard about “suites “ with check out at 10 am. we just arrived and the “host” told us, you should leave at 10 maximum 10:30. For this price, we are VERY disappointed. You pay a lot, for nothing. The location is very good, but unfortunately this is the only good this about this place. Avoid it.
