We had a wonderful 5 night stay at Emporio Ixtapa. The location is perfect, the food was delicious, and the customer service was truly outstanding. Every single staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and professional. The view from our room was beautiful and made our stay even more special. We felt well taken care of throughout our entire visit and genuinely enjoyed our time there.
Not the hotel we were supposed to stay in but due to booking error this is where we stayed. Great views. The rooms were a little small but otherwise fairly nice. The manager managed to get us a partial refund due to the booking error. He was extremely nice and very helpful!
Rooms and staff are great. The rooms are clean and in good condition though you can tell they're aged. Location is great with beach access just steps away. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Only negative was super loud music every night until 11 pm
