One of the best hotel in Haldwani city, everything is absolutely good, we definitely recommend to someone, all staff are very sweet & nice. Front desk morning checkin staff mr. Ritika who is very kind & sweet , every time give us sweet morning welcom.

The front desk staff appears too corporate and mechanical — don’t expect much professionalism or courtesy from the room service team or the restaurant supervisor. This hotel might be manageable if you’re staying alone, but I would strongly advise against bringing your family here. The food quality and room service are extremely poor. You’re better off ordering from Zomato or dining outside. At first, when you enter the property, it gives the impression of a premium experience. However, during the stay, you’ll quickly realize it’s just average. By the time you leave, your honest opinion will likely be: horrible. If you happen to try their in-house restaurant, be prepared — it feels like hell. Look for better options.

Thing which I did not like about the Hotel : 1. You cannot order food from different restaurants and eat in your room. One has to order only from their own restaurant or go out and eat. VERY BAD. FIRST TIME I HAVE HEARD THIS. We understand that we cannot take outside food and eat in your restaurant, but the room which we have paid money , in that room we should be allowed to get any food and eat anything. There is some construction going on in next building so there is a continous sound of drilling and hammering. One cannot sit and work or do anything in the room from 10 am to 6 pm. NO PEACE AND WONT EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL !!
