Emporium Hotel South Bank

A beautiful hotel, amazing architecture, perfect location. We were blessed with a unique view of the river, facing east toward Kangaroo Point. The rooms are modern, tidy. My small point that let us down was the fact that room service was not done in the morning before 10/ 10.30am like most locations and we had to request this to be done. (I would have thought this was done before full room cleans?) The pool was lovely to dip my toes in, though too cold to swim in. Delivery of food to the was prompt, and the staff were helpful. It was hard to leave, I love the view, and certainly inspired me to work harder, be creative etc ... and hope that I achieve that view as a permancy. (Something that can't be helped was our neighbour in the room next to us was quite loud, disturbing the peace we enjoyed so much).

We had the best stay here! The hotel was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. From arrival to checkout, we were genuinely impressed. We were a bit stressed about bringing two cars especially with one being a work truck that my husband needed to leave early for work but the valet staff were amazing. They reassured us right away and handled it with ease, finding a space for it without any hassle. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, the pool was heated (a huge bonus!), and the location was perfect. Traveling with three kids can be nerve-wracking, but we ended up having the absolute best time. Can’t recommend this place enough! We can’t wait to come back!

We hosted a wedding reception at the Reserve Wine Bar recently, and everything about the event and booking was exceptional. The river city view room that we stayed in overnight was immaculate. Jesse was fantastic with helping us organsie the event. We especially loved the details such as the champagne, rose petals and chocolates provided in our room at the end of the night. Cannot wait to stay again.
