Emporium Suites by Chatrium

Stayed here for 3 nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel’s location is a major highlight—it’s centrally situated with direct metro access and conveniently connected to Emporium Mall, making it an excellent choice for both shopping and commuting around Bangkok. The service was exceptional, with all staff being courteous and attentive. Breakfast was good, though the options were somewhat limited compared to Chatrium Grand Hotel, and the service at the restaurant could use some improvement. The room was very spacious, offering a fantastic view from the balcony. However, both the room and the bathroom could benefit from renovation to match the rest of the property’s quality. The hotel’s swimming pool is another standout feature—it’s well-maintained and perfect for a relaxing dip. Overall, a solid choice for a comfortable stay in Bangkok. My last night staying in Bangkok, but definitely not my last time visiting this amazing city! Every time I come to Bangkok, this hotel always feels like the most comfortable and convenient place for me. The location is great easy to travel around, close to shopping malls, and everything I need is just nearby. Highly recommended if you're looking for comfort and convenience during your stay in Bangkok! 🇨🇦🇹🇭

Booked a 1 bedroom suite for 10 nights and would recommend staying due to location, facilities, breakfast and accommodation. There are the 3 EM mall's very close by and under cover to walk to for shopping and restaurants. BTS phrom phong is close, so you have access to the rest of bangkok. Service was first class and breakfast was good.
