I’m originally from Turkey and brought my American family to visit and this hotel was absolutely perfect! The service was outstanding, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the overall hospitality made us feel truly welcome. But the highlight for me was the restaurant and they served the best kahvaltı I’ve had outside of Turkey! Fresh, authentic, and full of flavor, it was a wonderful way to share a piece of my culture with my family. They were just as impressed as I was. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality stay with amazing food and top-notch service. I’d come back in a heartbeat!

We had an amazing stay! The hotel’s location was perfect, the rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Everything exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. All of our friends who visited after us based on our recommendation were just as happy with their experience.”

Very bad experience, Firstly the workers at the front counter are impolite and don’t know how to deal with customers, secondly we were stuck in the elevator for an hour and 30 minutes and they didn’t even bother to help, we had called the emergency services to come and help us after 1 hour and 30 minutes the emergency services arrived and had to forcefully open the elevator doors with a machine, then the owner of the hotel came and started arguing with us because apparently their elevator doors are more valuable than our lives, he’s mad because we had called the emergency services to come forcefully open the door, overall a bad experience. Don’t come here, from a person to another It’s a really bad hotel with bad rooms and horrible services.
