Nice hotel in Izmir for hitting some of the local attractions. Room was in very good condition - felt very new. Staff was friendly and helpful
Check in was a breeze. We had family suite which had a queen bed in each room. Really surprised to see an ensuite shower/toilet for each room and cupboard. There is a small balcony which is a nice touch. Amenities were complete - shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shoe polish, sewing kit, laundry bag. Maybe it is more of a business zone the neighbourhood was quite quiet by 5pm. But if you explore about 700m-1km around the hotel you will find Luna Park, the beach front, rows of bridal shops, sweets/confectionery shops, tea and essential oil shops.
We really loved your hotel. Although there was no valet service when we arrived at night, a young security guard kindly helped us with our luggage—he was very helpful and friendly. Room cleanliness and breakfast were truly excellent. The only issue was that the air conditioner in the room wasn’t cooling enough. Overall, we were satisfied—thank you ♥️
